Clearance: Standard aligning ball bearings have ordinary internal clearance. The conical bore bearing has C3 group clearance as the standard clearance. Bearings with internal clearance greater than or less than the standard value can also be produced according to user requirements
Tolerances: aligning ball bearings have ordinary tolerances, and precision P6 and P5 products are also available
Uses: Bearings are mainly used in transmission shaft, tea bath boiler, hinge industry, positioning instrument, demister, plastic calendering, force measuring instrument, low temperature treatment instrument, air flotation equipment, car lights and other equipment.
● Product features:
The aligning ball bearing is a double row bearing, the outer ring raceway surface is a sphere consistent with the bearing center point, and the inner ring has a double row raceway. When rotating, the steel ball, cage and inner ring can do a certain degree of free tilt for the outer ring axis, that is, it has automatic aligning performance, so it can automatically adjust the shaft and bearing box due to processing and improper installation of the axis deviation and shaft deflection caused by the error, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3°. Such bearings are mainly used to bear radial loads, but can also bear small axial loads while bearing radial loads, but can not bear pure axial loads. Aligning ball bearings have basic design bearings and bearings with rubber seals on both sides.
Aligning ball bearings can be fitted with 2RS and 2RS1 contact seals on both sides, which are made of wear-resistant synthetic rubber and reinforced with thin steel plates. Bearings are permanently lubricated without maintenance and should not be heated or cleaned before installation.
